La Catalina Villa is situated on the ground floor of the building.
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a spacious kitchen - living room area.
It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests:

• 1st bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests)
• 2nd bedroom: 1 double bed (1,60m width) (for 2 guests)
• 3rd bedroom: 1 double bed (1,50m width) (for 2 guests)
• Living room: 1 double sofa bed (1,40x2,20) (for 2 guests)

There is an ample outdoor garden & swimming pool with plenty of space for kids to play (the whole complex is fenced) and outdoor seating areas & sunbeds.

Basic cleaning will be provided every 3 days (including changing the bed sheets and bath towels).

La Catalina Villa consists of the ground floor level of the building shown in the photos. The owners of the villa live on the first floor but they have modified the areas in such a way that enables you to have total privacy (you will not see them and they will not see you at all during your stay unless you request their help on something).

The pool, outdoor dining areas, and BBQ are all for your exclusive and private use.
